Anoka Halloween Capital of the World

Anoka is the Halloween Capital of the World and this year marks the 101th anniversary of their proud tradition and celebration.   

The high number of pranks during Halloween during the 1910's prompted the community to plan a celebration hoping it would reduce the # of Halloween shenanigans by local youth.
