Lakewood Community College

In 1967 Lakewood State Junior College (now Century College) opened to 503 local students in a red brick schoolhouse in downtown White Bear Lake. Lakewood was also affectionately known as "Driftwood" "Harvard on the Hill" and "Grade 13."
